A message from the founder of Child Care Biz Help

​I can't believe it has been less than twelve months since Child Care Biz Help launched the "Need Another You" program.

I would never have imagined a year later that I would have clients all over the United States.

It's a great thing when you are able to do what you love, impact others around you, and work with some of the best and most inspirational people ever!

2018 was definitely a year of TRIUMPH, but watch out 2019-we are DIVING FEARLESSLY into the deep end!

Sample of what our "Another You" childcare consulting program can do for your center

Accreditation: Work with centers to get higher scores and to earn accreditation. Currently have worked with the following: NAEYC, YoungStar, NECPA, NAC.

Branding: Brand centers (new USP, logo, differences). Center re-branding: internal/external signage, logo, lobby, mailers, custom wallpaper design and graphics, core value posters and images for website and other materials, testimonial walls, painting.

Campaigns: Company milestone anniversary campaigns (i.e. 30-year anniversary of opening), Campaign to target a new infant room (mailer, images, capacity/facility plan).

Culture: Vision casting, vision development, surveyed employee culture perception and developed a plan to change the direction of the company.

Engagement: Family and staff engagement plans.

Marketing: Ways to increase enrollment, lead generation tracking and identify new ways to gather leads, ads, email and social media marketing, blog writing, press releases, signage, flyers, custom images, brochures, cross marketing plans, community outreach, video plan, business cards, brochures, flyers, outdoor and indoor signage, eBook development, website redesign.

Organization: Restructured center rooms and ratios, organized offices, tour ready facilities, and employee break rooms.

Procedures/Processes: Written procedures on disaster recovery, medication plans, PTO, employee and parent handbooks.

Program Creation: Referral program, community workshops, enrichment ideas, open houses and other revenue generating activities.

Recruitment: Ads, interviews, exit interviews, hiring flyers, recruitment strategy development, secret interviews, career page enhancements, social media, training, benefits flyers and perks. 

Training & Professional Development: Staff training on various topics: sales, enrollment, phones, performance review development, vision casting, roles of a teacher, leadership coaching.
